How to Place an Order

First choose the item you are wanting to purchase. Click on the Add To Cart button. The item will be added to the shopping cart. If you would like to add other product, click Continue Shopping. When you are finished shopping, fill in all the information on the form, choose a payment option then click Send Order. It's that easy. You will receive a confirmation that your order was received shortly there after.

Payment Options

We accept credit cards via our Secure Check out (Visa, Master Card, American Express and Discover Card). Credit Cards are accepted via our Secure check out, or you can call us toll free at 1 866 211-2598. For the quickest shipment, payment with a credit card is recommended. Money orders and checks are accepted on an individual basis, please call or email for details. Money order payments ship the day after payment arrives. Checks are held for 10 days or until clear through our bank. Returned Checks subject to $20.00 processing fee.

Shipping

Most orders are shipped via United States Post Office First Class, Parcel Post or Priority Mail. Most items will ship the day of or after orders are received excluding weekends and postal holidays. Delivery usually takes 3-10 business days. We also have Express shipping available. Express orders must be submitted before 12 noon pacific time in order to be processed the same day. Delivery for express shipping averages 1-2 postal working days. A Signature is required upon delivery of all express packages and high dollar orders. All packages are shipped Insured by Broad Perception LLC against Loss or Damage. Lost or Damaged packages will be replaced or refunded by Broad Perception LLC. International orders are shipped via Global Priority Mail or Air Mail, International packages require a description of contents on the customs declaration. Heavy packages will be shipped UPS ground. All delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

Return Policy

Pride Products
All purchases (except adult products and DVDs, see below) are backed by our 100% satisfaction guarantee for 30 days. All returns must be made within 30 days and must arrive in NEW condition, no returns will be accepted for any reason after 30 days. Please contact us via the return form here, to let us know about the return. We will replace items or credit you for the full amount of the items purchase price within approximately 15 days of the return, Original shipping charges will NOT be reimbursed nor will your shipping charges incurred to return the item(s) to us. If an item needs to be returned due to a mistake by our shipping department or due to a product defect, your replacement item(s) will be sent to you without a shipping charge. Unauthorized returns are subject to a $10.00 restocking fee. Make sure you package your return merchandise so it arrives in NEW condition. We will not assume responsibility for items that arrive damaged due to poor packaging on your end. We also recommend insuring the return package.

We do not offer any guarantee on how long the vermeil will last on our gold vermeil rings.

DVD Returns:
If the seal has been opened on a DVD, it is no longer accepted for return. If we send you the wrong title, DO NOT OPEN it. If the seal is still intact, contact us for a return merchandise authorization through the form below. If your item proves to be defective within thirty (30) days of you receiving it, you will need to contact us, via the return form here. We will gladly replace it with another copy of the same item only. (We will not issue a refund or replace it with a different title.)

No returns are accepted after 30 days for any reason.

Body jewelry is non returnable, this includes earrings.

Location

We are located in the eastern part of Washington State. All orders placed by Washington residents will have 8.5% sales tax added to the total price.
